Responsibilities
- Define and embed top quality coding standards and architectural patterns.
- Collaborate with CTO and Product leaders to turn business visions into technical reality.
- Provide technical advice to leadership for sound decision-making.
- Identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks and technical debt.
- Mentor and level-up engineers across the department.
- Plan and pivot technical strategies for complex projects.
- Lead high-level code reviews to protect integrity and performance.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
