Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience.
- Specific experience taking a 0-to-1 product from concept to scale.
- Proven experience building and shipping LLM-powered features.
- Deep technical understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and agent architectures.
- Direct experience building agentic systems.
- Strong perspective on AI UX and user trust.
- Proficiency in building outcome-based metrics pyramids.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- SaaS experience is required.
- SMB market experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the customer-facing AI experience end-to-end.
- Define, ship, and iterate on core product flows.
- Define product communication of intent and tradeoffs for AI trustworthiness.
- Define and monitor leading indicators like activation and time-to-value.
- Partner with shared platform teams to coordinate product delivery.
- Establish evaluation bars for agent accuracy, safety, and brand tone.
- Lead AI-assisted research, prototyping, and iteration.
- Engage with SMB owners through research and support interactions.
- Communicate roadmap and requirements to executive, engineering, and design stakeholders.
