Requirements
- 2-3+ years of end-to-end Oracle NetSuite EPM implementation experience.
- Consulting or industry background in FP&A or accounting.
- Familiarity with data migration and FP&A application integrations.
- Working knowledge of AI features within Oracle Cloud EPM.
- Proficiency in financial management and planning.
- Mastery of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience with organizational change management.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle NetSuite EPM implementations.
- Manage project scope, requirements, budget, and change control.
- Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and process mapping workshops.
- Perform fit/gap analysis and create functional technical designs.
- Configure EPM systems and integrate AI-assisted workflows.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Training (UAT) and End User Training (EUT).
- Provide post-go-live support and technical guidance.
- Support new business development and project scoping.
- Contribute to internal initiatives and continuous product learning.
