Requirements
- At least three years of substantial, hands-on experience in relevant systems.
- Ability to analyze system requirements and translate into coherent system design.
- Broad knowledge of Government IT environments, office automation networks, and databases.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in automated litigation support.
- Proficiency with Relativity, ReadySuite, and I-Pro eCapture.
- Supervisory or team leader experience is highly preferred.
- Undergraduate degree preferred, ideally in Computer Science or Information Management.
- Relativity Certified Administrator certification is preferred for onsite personnel.
Responsibilities
- Define system and project requirements based on government staff input.
- Design systems including functional/design requirements and data conversion procedures.
- Translate functional requirements into systems designs for development.
- Perform software testing including preparation and use of sample data.
- Present findings, recommendations, and specifications in reports and oral presentations.
- Develop required systems documentation.
- Provide technical expertise, direction, and supervision to lower-level personnel.
- Extract and manipulate data from media for CFPB standard requirements.
- Load data to database platforms and handle intake from outside parties.
- Provide user training for developed systems.
