Requirements
- At least five years of substantial, hands-on experience on relevant systems.
- Significant Relativity experience including creation of ARMs (Archive/Restore/Move).
- Ability to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and SOPs.
- Broad knowledge of Government IT environments, office automation, and databases.
- Experience in a litigation support environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
- Relativity Certified Administrator or Infrastructure Specialist certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and document a workflow process for material archiving and destruction.
- Consult with COR, Case Managers, and trial attorneys to determine system requirements.
- Design entire systems based on gathered requirements.
- Perform systems evaluations and provide formal reports/presentations.
- Direct and supervise personnel assigned to task orders.
- Ensure technical design conforms to functional requirements.
- Organize and conduct user training sessions and prepare training materials.
