- At least 2+ years leading BDR or SDR teams.
- Track record of building and scaling outbound programs to generate pipeline.
- Expertise in outbound strategy and ABM-style programs.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gong, and sales engagement technologies.
- Strong coaching and leadership ability.
- Analytical mindset for interpreting funnel data.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead, hire, onboard, and develop a team of Business Development Representatives.
- Coach team members through call reviews, shadowing, and feedback sessions.
- Design and execute scalable outbound programs across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video.
- Partner with Marketing and Channel teams to build account-based and co-sell motions.
- Own BDR operations, including lead routing, pipeline stages, and data quality.
- Monitor top-of-funnel performance and analyze funnel conversion metrics.
- Oversee the BDR tech stack, including tools like Sales Navigator.
