  • At least 2+ years leading BDR or SDR teams.
  • Track record of building and scaling outbound programs to generate pipeline.
  • Expertise in outbound strategy and ABM-style programs.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gong, and sales engagement technologies.
  • Strong coaching and leadership ability.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting funnel data.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, hire, onboard, and develop a team of Business Development Representatives.
  • Coach team members through call reviews, shadowing, and feedback sessions.
  • Design and execute scalable outbound programs across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video.
  • Partner with Marketing and Channel teams to build account-based and co-sell motions.
  • Own BDR operations, including lead routing, pipeline stages, and data quality.
  • Monitor top-of-funnel performance and analyze funnel conversion metrics.
  • Oversee the BDR tech stack, including tools like Sales Navigator.
