Requirements
- Director-level or equivalent experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, corporate development, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
- Proven success managing and executing complex, multi-stakeholder business transactions and long-cycle negotiations.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and build trust with C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience working in data-driven, technology, analytics, or product-focused environments preferred.
- Strategic thinker with excellent business judgment and the ability to evaluate ambiguous opportunities.
- Highly resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in less structured, entrepreneurial environments.
- Strong curiosity about the data ecosystem, market intelligence, and how data drives product innovation and competitive advantage.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate strategic enterprise data partnership opportunities with strong long-term product and commercial potential.
- Lead executive-level discussions and negotiations with CEOs, founders, and senior stakeholders to build alignment and secure exclusive agreements.
- Conduct partnership discovery and due diligence processes, including data quality assessments, scalability analysis, and competitive evaluation.
- Develop business cases and strategic recommendations to support investment decisions and product expansion initiatives.
- Negotiate and execute complex enterprise-level partnership agreements, including exclusive and high-value strategic arrangements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, compliance, engineering, and executive leadership teams to drive partnership execution.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities while exercising strong judgment on prioritization and investment decisions.
