Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design for adult learners, ideally within workforce development or vocational education programs.
- 1–2 years of experience managing curriculum or learning design projects in collaborative environments.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, blended learning strategies, and online instructional design best practices.
- Experience designing educational content for LMS platforms, with proficiency in Canvas or similar systems considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent project coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams, contractors, educators, and technical partners in remote environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field with a strong academic background and passion for educational impact.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance curriculum assets including session guides, assessments, labs, activities, and instructor resources for online and in-person learning environments.
- Create engaging and effective digital learning experiences using LMS platforms and blended learning methodologies.
- Collaborate with instructional leaders to define curriculum roadmaps, project plans, learning objectives, and implementation timelines.
- Manage external contractors and subject matter experts involved in curriculum development and content production.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders, employers, instructors, and learners to continuously improve curriculum quality and relevance.
- Support onboarding and training initiatives for instructors, ensuring smooth adoption of curriculum materials and learning tools.
- Monitor project progress, maintain clear communication across teams, and ensure timely delivery of curriculum initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation standards, and innovation within curriculum development practices.
