Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
- Experience delivering Salesforce platform implementations
- Experience working in consulting or professional services
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
- Experience managing Salesforce or Amazon Connect projects
- Ability to facilitate requirements workshops and manage user stories
- Experience with project estimation and SOW management
- Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant certification
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or Management preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and financial performance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Lead project kickoff sessions
- Facilitate Agile project management activities
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical teams
- Support user story creation and requirements gathering
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking
- Assist with client presentations and workshops
- Drive the implementation of AI-driven customer experience and CRM solutions
