Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with hands-on expertise managing paid media campaigns across Meta and/or YouTube platforms.
  • Proven track record building or scaling B2B marketing and sales functions within agency, SaaS, or service-based environments.
  • Strong experience with sales operations, CRM management, attribution modeling, and pipeline optimization.
  • Previous leadership experience managing, mentoring, and developing marketing professionals.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and build models.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong understanding of ROI-driven decision-making.
  • Experience within DTC supplements, health, wellness, beauty, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with podcast strategy, content production, or no-code automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the full marketing function, including strategic planning, campaign execution oversight, brand positioning, and team leadership.
  • Manage and develop marketing team members while establishing scalable processes and performance standards.
  • Own and optimize inbound and outbound lead generation strategies.
  • Develop, test, and improve acquisition channels while maintaining measurable cost-per-qualified-lead targets.
  • Oversee CRM systems, pipeline reporting, attribution tracking, and sales operations.
  • Create and refine sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, case studies, and outreach frameworks.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships, referral relationships, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Lead content and thought leadership initiatives including podcasts, newsletters, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership teams to align messaging and pricing strategies.
