Requirements
- Extensive experience leading integrated marketing, performance marketing, or marketing services organizations.
- Strong expertise across omnichannel media including paid search, paid social, programmatic, CTV, DOOH, influencer marketing, SEO, CRM, and content syndication.
- Proven success building connected customer journeys and leveraging CRM platforms and automation tools.
- Deep understanding of MarTech ecosystems, media buying operations, data architecture, tracking systems, and audience analytics.
- Demonstrated AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using AI for marketing.
- Ability to balance executive-level strategic leadership with operational involvement.
- Strong client management and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and commercial acumen.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic transformation of marketing services by integrating AI into media planning, MarTech workflows, content operations, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Design and oversee connected omnichannel customer journeys that align paid, owned, and earned media.
- Partner with executive-level client stakeholders to align marketing investments with measurable business outcomes.
- Guide multidisciplinary teams across media strategy, CRM, personalization, content production, and marketing operations.
- Drive innovation in data strategy, tagging, audience targeting, and tracking infrastructure.
- Foster a culture of continuous optimization, experimentation, and AI-powered automation.
- Serve as an executive sponsor for key client relationships.
