Requirements

- Proficiency with computer systems, phone-based client communication, and virtual collaboration tools.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with assigned dealer accounts through ongoing communication and strategic support.
- Educate clients on available marketing programs, products, and services while identifying opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop, update, and present customized marketing plans designed to maximize dealer performance and minimize business risks.
- Monitor industry and marketplace trends and provide recommendations to help clients adapt their marketing strategies effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions, customer feedback, and service requests within CRM and contact management systems.
- Edit and proofread dealer communications and marketing materials to ensure quality and consistency.
- Manage calendars, timelines, and project coordination for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Produce performance reports, recommendations, and quality control reviews to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Assist with resolving data issues, process optimization, and implementation of operational best practices.
