Requirements

  • Experience designing and implementing workflow improvements in creative or marketing environments.
  • Knowledge of creative ecosystems including DAM, CMS, and project management tools.
  • Proven experience in change management and technology adoption within creative teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to define KPIs, measure performance, and communicate operational impact.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset focused on operational efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize end-to-end creative workflows to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
  • Design and implement AI-enhanced workflows to improve speed, scalability, and content production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and production teams to translate operational needs into AI-driven solutions.
  • Configure and customize AI creative tools and platforms to align with brand guidelines and workflows.
  • Build and maintain automated content production pipelines using AI and workflow automation tools.
  • Establish governance frameworks to ensure quality, consistency, and responsible use of AI-generated content.
  • Lead integration of creative tools with broader ecosystems such as DAMs, CMS, and collaboration platforms.
  • Drive continuous improvement by monitoring performance and optimizing operational workflows.
  • Support adoption through training, enablement programs, and hands-on guidance for creative teams.
