Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in training management, instructional design, or learning program leadership (SaaS experience preferred)
- Strong experience designing and delivering scalable training programs for clients or enterprise users
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing training or enablement teams
- Experience working with LMS platforms and learning analytics tools
- Strong understanding of modern learning methodologies including blended and digital learning strategies
- Ability to translate business and product goals into structured learning solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to improve learning outcomes
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Willingness to travel approximately 10–20%
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and scale client training programs supporting onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer success
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Training team, ensuring alignment with business and client needs
- Partner with Client Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals
- Oversee learning management system (LMS) strategy, optimization, and content delivery processes
- Develop and refine curriculum design using modern learning approaches such as blended learning, microlearning, and virtual training
- Define KPIs, OKRs, and learning metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Use data and learner feedback to enhance training programs and identify areas for optimization
- Ensure all training content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with product updates and compliance requirements
- Manage training resources, external vendors, and budget planning as needed
- Introduce innovative learning technologies and methods to improve scalability and engagement
