Requirements

  • Minimum five years of experience in aviation services sales or management
  • Background in MRO with corporate aircraft focus
  • Working knowledge of business aviation maintenance, manufacturers, and marketplace
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel and Word)
  • Experience using Corridor to build and edit quotes
  • Ability to interpret Maintenance Manuals, Service Bulletins, and technical directives
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or aviation-related study or 4 years equivalent experience
  • A&P certification preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to obtain Airport Issued security badge

Responsibilities

  • Sell maintenance services, modifications, upgrades, and mandated equipment installations to Business Jet aircraft operators
  • Collaborate with Avionics & Interior Sales to identify and act upon cross-selling opportunities
  • Identify prospects using Salesforce.com, Jetnet, and market data
  • Accurately research and quote parts, labor and outside services for maintenance projects
  • Negotiate customer terms and pricing to maximize revenue and margin
  • Work with Engineering to ensure quote accuracy
  • Organize and execute sales trips to meet with prospects
  • Perform market analysis on target airframe markets
