Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in backend software development
- Strong experience with Java and GoLang
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems
- Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with caching systems
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and microservices using Java and GoLang
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and data pipelines
- Contribute to architectural decisions, perform code reviews, and support continuous process improvements
- Lead and mentor junior developers
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions
- Improve system performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability through optimization
- Stay current with emerging backend technologies, tools, and best practices
