Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Technical background with previous experience as a developer.
- Familiarity with web service technologies (JS, TS, JSON).
- Proficiency in documentation (UML, clear written communication).
- Ability to write scripts for data analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and teamwork coordination skills.
- C1 level English language proficiency.
- Ability to work effectively with Russian-speaking teams.
Responsibilities
- Participate in roadmap development by assessing team capacity and workload.
- Coordinate development tasks, tracking progress and identifying project bottlenecks.
- Monitor adherence to project plans, team performance, and commitments.
- Identify and resolve recurring process issues.
- Communicate across Russian-speaking and English-speaking teams.
- Act as a facilitator to remove blockers for the development team.
- Actively apply and leverage AI tools in daily project management workflows.
