- Demonstrated ability to mentor peers and lead projects
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Slack, and Excel
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of key account managers
- Manage a small portfolio of Key Accounts
- Handle escalations, cancellations, and customer complaints
- Provide timely, proactive, and solutions-oriented support to shop partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally to apply shop success checklist
- Mentor peers and lead projects
- Interpret complex data sets into actionable strategies
