Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Success, or Relationship Management
- Experience in payments or fintech preferred
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Experience with international clients
- Strong understanding of payment technologies, financial services, and industry regulations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and structured problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Key Account Management LATAM team, setting strategic goals and driving overall performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities
- Define and execute account strategies focused on long-term client retention and expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, and Operations
- Use data and analytics to inform decision-making, track performance, and optimize outcomes
- Mentor and develop team members
- Act as an executive escalation point for strategic accounts
