Responsibilities

  • Manage sales, achieve growth, and hit/exceed annual sales targets.
  • Handle all stages of the sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
  • Provide mentorship to the SDR team for outbound lead generation.
  • Communicate value propositions effectively through proposals and presentations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives and programs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and forecasts to management.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
