Responsibilities
- Manage sales, achieve growth, and hit/exceed annual sales targets.
- Handle all stages of the sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
- Provide mentorship to the SDR team for outbound lead generation.
- Communicate value propositions effectively through proposals and presentations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives and programs.
- Present sales, revenue, and forecasts to management.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
