Responsibilities

  • Manage a large portfolio of existing customers to retain and grow recurring revenue.
  • Build trusted relationships to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Drive account planning and strategy alignment.
  • Lead commercial renewals, pricing discussions, and expansion.
  • Monitor account health and usage to mitigate risk and drive predictable revenue.
  • Use AI and automation for account prioritization and strategy.
  • Operate independently to shape repeatable, scalable sales playbooks.
