Requirements

- Experience in complex, consultative enterprise sales within matrixed organizations.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams like Customer Success and Solutions Engineering.
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
- Commercial and sales acumen with proven ability to close expansion opportunities.
- Ability to ramp quickly on complex technical products.
- Effective communication skills for both business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage a large portfolio of existing customers to retain and grow recurring revenue.
- Build trusted relationships to identify expansion opportunities.
- Drive account planning and strategy alignment.
- Lead commercial renewals, pricing discussions, and expansion.
- Monitor account health and usage to mitigate risk and drive predictable revenue.
- Use AI and automation for account prioritization and strategy.
- Operate independently to shape repeatable, scalable sales playbooks.
