Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Partner Center.
  • Experience managing partner profiles, designations, specializations, and certifications.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft FY25 or FY26 Incentive Programs.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Solution Plays and mapping to Partner Center.
  • Previous experience working at a Microsoft partner, ISV, or systems integrator.
  • Strong operational discipline and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams.
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with Incentive programs or partner enablement roles.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day entry, maintenance, and accuracy of company presence in Microsoft Partner Center.
  • Manage company profile, partner metadata, solution areas, workloads, and services.
  • Maintain certifications, designations, and specializations, identifying and correcting stale data.
  • Ensure operational readiness for Microsoft partner programs including audits and renewals.
  • Coordinate required inputs for certifications, skills, and staffing across internal teams.
  • Maintain working knowledge of Microsoft Incentive Programs and eligibility requirements.
  • Align company service offerings with existing Microsoft incentive programs.
  • Update internal enablement materials to reflect changes in benefits and eligibility.
