Requirements
- 10+ years of professional product management experience.
- 3+ years in a VP or senior leadership capacity.
- Proven track record scaling B2C products from 0 to 1.
- Experience managing millions of users.
- Fluency in AI tools, including LLMs, agents, and coding assistants.
- Demonstrated history of leading both product management and design teams simultaneously.
- Ability to remain hands-on in product execution while managing an organization.
Responsibilities
- Optimize purchase and renewal experiences for health solutions (supplements, pharmaceuticals, biomarker testing).
- Build digital infrastructure for user community ecosystems.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to optimize Product-Led Growth (PLG) funnels.
- Implement retention strategies using behavioral data to increase Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Lead design and delivery of an AI-driven user experience interface.
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure system scalability and support third-party integrations.
- Manage technical debt through high-judgment architectural decision-making.
- Lead and mentor product and design teams in a player-coach capacity.
- Integrate AI-assisted workflows to accelerate research, documentation, and design.
