- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in fintech, credit cards, or wealth management sectors preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in consumer finance preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for emerging growth projects.
- Define and drive strategy for competitive financial products.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research.
- Ensure product relevance and value through consumer insights.
- Manage third-party partner integrations (e.g., credit bureaus).
- Lead product development projects from concept to launch.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement optimization strategies.
- Mentor and develop team members.
