Requirements
- BSc or MSc in a data-related field or statistics.
- Multiple years of experience in a similar data-focused role.
- Excellent SQL skills.
- Excellent Python skills for scripting and automation.
- Proficiency in Power BI.
- Strong data modeling skills.
- Hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with orchestration tools (ideally Airflow).
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Develop insightful analyses, data visualizations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Visualize and analyze HR data using Power BI.
- Ensure clear communication through compelling dashboards.
- Automate reports and data transformations using Airflow.
- Define requirements for data pipelines.
- Contribute to scaling the analytics infrastructure.
- Roll out new data products.
- Continuously improve data products based on user needs.
