- Experience supporting or managing social media creative initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and platform-specific creative best practices.
- Ability to take creative direction and provide proactive design concepts.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience operating in a highly collaborative, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creative assets for social media, paid ads, web, and sales collateral.
- Collaborate with the Head of Creative to maintain and evolve brand standards.
- Support social media content creation and campaign coordination.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams.
- Assist in developing campaigns for customer acquisition, retention, and recruiting.
- Optimize creative assets for performance marketing platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google.
- Contribute ideas for creative performance and brand consistency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Prepare production-ready assets for both digital and print applications.
