Requirements

  • Strong experience in SaaS, Platform and/or Cloud Technology sales
  • Demonstrated experience in sales leadership
  • Proven track record negotiating $1M+ deals
  • Passion for talent development and building high-performing teams
  • Experience with Channels, ISV's and System Integrators or Service Partners
  • Effective leadership of cross-functional stakeholders
  • Sufficient knowledge of English for professional verbal and written exchanges

Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute a comprehensive strategy for Unity’s Industry sales growth across the EMEA region
  • Lead 4-5 Senior Sales Executives and deliver on forecasting and Go-To-Market business commitments
  • Partner with sales, finance, legal, compliance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure revenue growth
  • Support Enterprise sales team in customer-facing meetings to uplevel relationships and increase deal sizes
  • Act as a trusted advisor to GTM teams, providing feedback from the market
  • Navigate complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes
