Requirements

- 5–10 years of experience in benefits administration systems and/or client‑facing environments
- 2–5 years of direct project or program management experience
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, and related project management tools
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- PMP certification preferred
- Experience leading enterprise‑level change initiatives
- Experience in consulting or benefits technology environments
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate client projects, ensuring alignment between client expectations and internal delivery teams.
- Strengthen client relationships through proactive communication, effective planning, and consistent delivery of high‑quality outcomes.
- Manage internal initiatives that support client success, operational improvements, and enterprise‑level strategic objectives.
- Oversee cross‑departmental efforts such as technology implementations, process optimization, and enterprise efficiency programs.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Smartsheet, Jira, and other tools, applying Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
- Facilitate collaboration across cross‑functional teams, external vendors, and executive stakeholders.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
- Communicate status, milestones, decisions, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
