Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in HR administration, HR coordination or people operations support
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and UK employment fundamentals
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with HR systems (HRIS) and maintaining employee data
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Proactive, organised, and solution-focused approach
  • A genuine interest in HR operations, systems, and improving how things work.

Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day HR administration and employee queries via the shared HR inbox
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant employee journey
  • Preparing, issuing and tracking HR documentation including contracts, letters, and policy updates
  • Maintaining accurate employee records across HR systems, ensuring data integrity at all times
  • Liaising with IT, Finance, Operations and managers to support end-to-end HR processes
  • Supporting benefits administration, absence tracking and employee lifecycle changes
  • Assisting with HR reporting, audits and compliance activities, including ISO-aligned documentation
  • Supporting HR meetings, note-taking and tracking of actions and follow-ups
  • Identifying process gaps and supporting continuous improvement across HR operations.
