Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (C1) and a strong command of English (B2 level or higher), both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in consumer electronics or a related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivation to learn about new technologies and grow professionally.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer care to Dutch-speaking clients regarding consumer electronics products.
- Assist customers with product information and troubleshooting.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions accurately to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and company procedures.
