- Ability to work effectively in a team, reliability, integrity, and competence in job execution are crucial.
- The candidate must possess a reliable internet connection.
- Candidates should not be currently using PLDT Internet services and must be willing to switch to Converge or another provider, excluding PLDT.
- Must be willing to have a time tracker.
Responsibilities
- Verify insurance and call on outstanding insurance claims.
- Scheduling appointments, contacting patients, and following up.
- Collect and post payments and record receipts.
- Work aging report to ensure all claims are paid properly.
- Submits dental claims to insurance companies online, by mail, and by fax.
