Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, digital transformation, strategic technology services, or healthcare-focused business development.
  • Demonstrated success developing and closing new client relationships within healthcare organizations.
  • Experience shaping consulting-led or professional services engagements, including defining scope, statements of work, and pricing.
  • Proven ability to engage CXO-level executives around transformation initiatives and strategic technology investments.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, particularly within the payer segment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience selling technology consulting or digital transformation services (not defined SaaS products).
  • Familiarity with transformation program structures including discovery engagements, roadmap development, phased delivery, and change management.
  • Experience working with or selling to health plans, Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid MCOs, or healthcare technology organizations.
  • Experience operating within high-growth or PE-backed technology or services firms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and close new transformation engagements with health plans, MCOs, and healthcare technology organizations.
  • Own a named new business revenue target and develop a portfolio of healthcare transformation opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior healthcare executives and serve as a strategic advisor.
  • Represent 10Pearls in the healthcare market through executive dialogue, industry engagement, and thought leadership.
  • Translate client business challenges into consulting-led transformation roadmaps and technology-enabled programs.
  • Partner with consulting, product, and engineering leaders to define solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead deal-shaping efforts that position 10Pearls as a strategic transformation partner.
  • Cultivate CXO-level relationships across healthcare organizations.
  • Lead executive conversations around digital transformation, AI-enabled healthcare capabilities, and product innovation.
  • Work closely with consulting, design, and engineering leaders to scope engagements and ensure successful outcomes.
