Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience building complex React and TypeScript applications
- Strong foundation in managing design tokens and component libraries using ShadCN, Tailwind, and related technologies
- Skill in converting prototypes into reusable components and enforcing design consistency
- Experience creating functional, clickable prototypes for new workflows
- Familiarity with UI accessibility, keyboard optimization, and performance best practices
- Hands-on exposure to Storybook, Playwright, or Cypress for UI testing
- Portfolio with evidence of keyboard-first workflows and rapid design iteration
- Background in healthcare UX, electronic medical record systems, or experience with SDK tools (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the founder to translate prototype ideas into robust design components and UI patterns
- Oversee command palette user experience, screen flows, accessibility features
- Deliver frequent product previews
- Engage in fast-paced, iterative shipping of design improvements
