Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or customer-facing technical role within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong background in frontend engineering with experience in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vite, Webpack, or similar)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Proven experience delivering demos, technical discovery sessions, and proof-of-concept engagements
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business and product value narratives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering, product, and executive audiences
- Consultative mindset with strong problem-solving and customer-centric thinking
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environments
- Experience with Storybook, design systems, or developer tools ecosystems (Nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to drive the technical win throughout enterprise sales cycles, from discovery to closing stages
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer architecture, workflows, and integration needs
- Deliver customized demos and presentations that clearly communicate product value to technical and non-technical audiences
- Own and execute proof-of-concepts (POCs), technical evaluations, and integration guidance within CI/CD environments
- Address technical objections related to performance, security, scalability, and architecture
- Support RFPs, security reviews, and technical due diligence processes
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product direction
- Continuously improve demo environments, technical collateral, and evaluation frameworks
