Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical pre-sales within cybersecurity or enterprise security environments.
- Strong expertise in endpoint and/or network security (EDR, AV, SIEM, firewall, incident response, forensics, etc.).
- Deep understanding of operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical topics to diverse audiences, including executives.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing technical teams.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple internal teams.
- Established professional network within the cybersecurity industry is a strong asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Sales Engineers supporting complex cybersecurity sales cycles.
- Act as a technical authority, articulating limitations of legacy security approaches and positioning modern endpoint solutions.
- Partner with sales teams to support customer engagements, solution design, and technical validation.
- Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, compelling value propositions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Engage directly with senior executives and C-level audiences to support strategic discussions and solution adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, marketing, and support teams to align technical messaging.
- Drive technical enablement, knowledge sharing, and best practices across the sales engineering organization.
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions that strengthen trust and long-term relationships.
