Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products with demonstrated ownership of complex product areas or workflows end-to-end.
  • Proven experience shipping responsive web applications and native iOS products (Android experience is a plus).
  • A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end ownership from discovery to delivery and shows clear connection between design decisions and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience working in close partnership with Product, Engineering, and Data in outcome-driven environments.
  • Strong systems thinking and the ability to create scalable patterns across multiple surfaces.
  • High standards for interaction design, visual craft, accessibility, and cohesive user experiences.
  • Experience conducting or partnering on user research and using data to inform and refine your work.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and align cross-functional partners in ambiguous environments.
  • Curiosity and practical experience leveraging AI-enabled workflows to improve speed and clarity.
  • Strong prioritization skills and sound judgment in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

  • Frame ambiguous problems into clear opportunity spaces, structured approaches, and actionable design directions.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to align on goals, tradeoffs, sequencing, and timelines, proactively bringing clarity when ambiguity exists.
  • Connect design decisions to measurable outcomes such as activation, engagement, retention, brand adoption, and creator growth.
  • Translate business and customer needs into scalable workflows, patterns, and systems—not just isolated features.
  • Shape cohesive experiences across Brand and Creator surfaces, ensuring patterns feel unified and system-first.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure cohesive, scalable, system-first solutions across Brand and Creator surfaces.
  • Integrate qualitative research and quantitative signals into decisions, using evidence to inform direction rather than validate late-stage work.
  • Use AI as a force multiplier in the UX workflow for areas such as research synthesis, concept exploration, and documentation while maintaining strong product judgment.
  • Influence cross-functional partners through clear storytelling, strong rationale, and thoughtful articulation of tradeoffs.
