Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or related sales roles; exposure to software or technology solutions is an asset.
  • Proven success in outbound sales, including cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals in a B2B or service-based environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly engage and influence customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to conduct needs analysis and translate customer requirements into tailored solutions.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems with strong attention to data accuracy and pipeline management.
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies through phone, email, and direct outreach to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain a strong daily pipeline through proactive lead generation and prospecting activities.
  • Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities by leveraging in-depth knowledge of products, services, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with account management teams post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize long-term value and expansion opportunities.
  • Manage complex sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Handle and resolve advanced customer issues and transactional challenges, ensuring smooth operations and customer continuity.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans with clear actions to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  • Support high-value or strategic accounts and contribute to coaching or mentoring of other sales team members when required.
