Requirements

  • Proven experience launching and scaling new paid acquisition channels (e.g., paid social, programmatic, streaming/CTV, YouTube) with measurable business impact.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Meta and TikTok performance marketing, including management of large-scale budgets and optimization for CPL, CVR, and revenue.
  • Deep understanding of incrementality testing, attribution models, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to guide messaging, formats, and performance-driven creative strategy.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, identify performance drivers, and communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for marketing optimization and a forward-looking approach to their application in performance marketing.
  • Nice to have: experience in regulated industries, UGC workflows, or BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development of new paid channels, including opportunity evaluation, business case creation, testing frameworks, and scaling strategies across platforms such as CTV, programmatic, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Design and execute incrementality measurement approaches, including geo-based and holdout tests, to isolate true channel impact and guide investment decisions.
  • Build structured experimentation programs combining creative, audience, and placement variables, translating results into scalable playbooks and repeatable frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain strong platform and media partner relationships to stay ahead of emerging formats, buying models, and optimization opportunities.
  • Own creative strategy for performance marketing channels by setting hypotheses, briefing creative teams, and driving iterative learning across formats.
  • Deliver portfolio-level insights and investment recommendations, ensuring leadership has a clear understanding of trade-offs, attribution, and growth opportunities.
  • Improve conversion signal quality and measurement efficiency to enhance algorithmic performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, ideation, and reporting while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and brand alignment.
