Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing, with hands-on exposure to performance-driven acquisition channels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel to interpret campaign performance and user behavior.
- Experience working in SaaS or technology environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization, funnel analysis, and conversion rate improvement.
- Exposure to experimentation frameworks such as A/B testing and iterative campaign optimization.
- Basic coding skills (preferred) to support marketing automation, experimentation, or growth workflows.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn and test new tools and approaches.
- Strong initiative, communication skills, and a data-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute customer acquisition campaigns across paid, organic, and search channels, using data-driven targeting and rapid experimentation to scale performance.
- Support SEO and AI search optimization, including keyword research, technical improvements, backlink strategy, and content designed for both traditional and AI-driven search platforms.
- Run structured growth experiments, including A/B testing and funnel optimization, to improve conversion rates and acquisition efficiency.
- Build and apply AI-assisted workflows to enhance campaign ideation, content creation, creative testing, and performance analysis.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, uncover insights, and recommend scaling opportunities for growth initiatives.
- Manage social media presence and engage with relevant digital communities to strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement.
