Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in media strategy, digital marketing, or campaign planning roles.
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising environments.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale media budgets, ideally exceeding $1M.
  • Strong expertise in DSP platforms such as The Trade Desk or equivalent tools.
  • Experience with performance analytics and tracking tools such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with RFP processes, vendor negotiation, and media partner management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic and actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead full-funnel media strategies across programmatic, search, social, and other digital and traditional channels.
  • Translate business objectives into clear KPIs, audience targeting frameworks, and budget allocation strategies.
  • Oversee planning and strategic direction for approximately 15–20 campaigns per year.
  • Collaborate with execution teams to ensure campaign delivery aligns with strategic intent.
  • Lead vendor management processes, including RFPs, evaluation of media partners, and negotiation.
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide optimization insights, and deliver regular reporting.
  • Define measurement and attribution frameworks using analytics tools.
