Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in media strategy, digital marketing, or campaign planning roles.
- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising environments.
- Proven experience managing large-scale media budgets, ideally exceeding $1M.
- Strong expertise in DSP platforms such as The Trade Desk or equivalent tools.
- Experience with performance analytics and tracking tools such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with RFP processes, vendor negotiation, and media partner management.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic and actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead full-funnel media strategies across programmatic, search, social, and other digital and traditional channels.
- Translate business objectives into clear KPIs, audience targeting frameworks, and budget allocation strategies.
- Oversee planning and strategic direction for approximately 15–20 campaigns per year.
- Collaborate with execution teams to ensure campaign delivery aligns with strategic intent.
- Lead vendor management processes, including RFPs, evaluation of media partners, and negotiation.
- Monitor campaign performance, provide optimization insights, and deliver regular reporting.
- Define measurement and attribution frameworks using analytics tools.
