Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2–5 years of progressive accounting experience, public and industry
- Experience with multi-entity consolidations
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal controls
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite or QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in SaaS or software resale environments is a plus
- Familiarity with ERP implementations or upgrades
- Exposure to purchase accounting and M&A integration
Responsibilities
- Manage and perform month-end close for multiple companies
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and conduct variance analysis
- Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances
- Ensure GAAP compliance across all reporting
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure proper accounting treatments
- Support acquisition integration from a finance/accounting perspective
- Assist with annual audits and manage client requests
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with policies
- Coordinate tax filings with external providers
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Build scalable systems and reporting tools for growth
