Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
  • Proactive, can-do attitude and team-focused mindset
  • Ability to create clear, professional documentation (creative flair in PowerPoint is a bonus!)
  • Previous experience in events, festivals, or live production (Desirable)
  • A genuine interest in live events, music, or festival culture (Desirable)

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day admin support to the Event Manager, Senior Director, and Festival Director
  • Prepare and manage event documentation (schedules, site packs, briefing docs for staff, performers & talent)
  • Support accreditation processes and manage guest lists
  • Coordinate pre-event communications across teams
  • Manage invoice processing and vendor set-up
  • Assist with sourcing and purchasing event production requirements
