Requirements
- Prior experience in healthcare order processing, medical data entry, DME, or clinical support
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare documentation
- Wound care or home health experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work US business hours/night shifts

Responsibilities
- Review and process wound care supply orders accurately and efficiently
- Verify patient, physician, and insurance information
- Review clinical documentation for completeness and compliance
- Coordinate with providers and internal teams for missing information
- Maintain accurate records and update order statuses in internal systems
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality
