Requirements
- You have 7+ years of progressive program management experience leading complex, enterprise-level programs from strategy through delivery.
- You bring strong transformation acumen, with hands-on experience in solution design, process re-engineering, and organizational change.
- You are skilled in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, and you adapt your approach to fit the needs of each initiative.
- You have a strong command of governance frameworks, risk mitigation, and benefits tracking.
- You are an expert with program management and planning tools (e.g., Smartsheet) and proficient with workflow, knowledge management, and BI tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI).
- You are strong and comfortable operating in technical environments and partnering with technical teams on solution design.
- You communicate with clarity and confidence, translating complex information into compelling insights for senior stakeholders.
- You are a strategic thinker who influences without direct authority and thrives on building cross-functional alignment.
- You bring an inclusive, collaborative mindset that fosters teamwork and champions organizational values.
- You hold a bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-level programs from start to finish, managing multiple workstreams and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Drive transformation initiatives that matter, including process redesign, operational improvements, and change enablement across diverse teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing decisions and translating complex information into actionable insights.
- Champion PMO excellence by contributing to standards, templates, and best practices that elevate program management discipline across the organization.
- Own outcomes and impact, ensuring programs deliver measurable business results while proactively mitigating risks and dependencies.
- Foster collaboration and integration, working across functions to break down silos and create solutions for systemic challenges.
- Mentor peers and uplift program management capabilities, leading initiatives that strengthen organizational agility and delivery discipline.
