Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR processes like Job Grading Systems, Job Evaluation and Classification, Policy Development, etc
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and dispute management
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
  • Competent in using Excel, Google Presentations, and Canva
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and Slack is a plus
  • Ability to analyze

Responsibilities

  • Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, adaptation, performance management, compensation and benefits, salary review cycles, and grading
  • Holding regular one-on-one meetings with employees
  • Providing support to employees with various issues (80-90 employees)
  • Assisting and coaching managers on team-related matters
  • Participating in surveys, research, analytics, and report preparation
  • Working on enhancing employee loyalty and engagement to improve retention
  • Resolving conflicts and addressing problematic situations within teams
  • Contributing to the development of corporate culture
  • Organizing informal meetings and team-building activities with the relevant teams
  • Participating in other HR projects upon the Top Managers' request as needed
