Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an HR Business Partner
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR processes like Job Grading Systems, Job Evaluation and Classification, Policy Development, etc
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Skilled in conflict resolution and dispute management
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
- Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Competent in using Excel, Google Presentations, and Canva
- Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and Slack is a plus
- Ability to analyze
Responsibilities
- Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, adaptation, performance management, compensation and benefits, salary review cycles, and grading
- Holding regular one-on-one meetings with employees
- Providing support to employees with various issues (80-90 employees)
- Assisting and coaching managers on team-related matters
- Participating in surveys, research, analytics, and report preparation
- Working on enhancing employee loyalty and engagement to improve retention
- Resolving conflicts and addressing problematic situations within teams
- Contributing to the development of corporate culture
- Organizing informal meetings and team-building activities with the relevant teams
- Participating in other HR projects upon the Top Managers' request as needed
