Requirements

  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience KYB-related roles in financial services, crypto, technology and/or client support roles
  • Basic understanding of regulatory KYB/CDD and AML requirements
  • Knowledge of business models, various corporate structures and beneficial ownership requirements
  • Passion for delivering a 6-star client experience, honing the ability to handle multiple client inquiries efficiently with strong attention to detail, while balancing response times and quality of service
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours and weekends as scheduled per business need
  • Security and privacy minded
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and written English communication skills
  • Comfortable working in fast paced environments with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Openness to work with cross-functional teams to solve client issues
  • People-centered, supportive, flexible and a team player
  • Willingness to quickly adjust to changing products, services, or company policies in the fast-evolving crypto industry

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the onboarding of Business clients, ensuring a seamless process and delivering an exceptional, 6-star experience in every interaction
  • Conduct thorough client research and communicate effectively with clients via email.
  • Perform Know Your Business (KYB) and Client Due Diligence (CDD) practices
  • Adhere to Kraken’s AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with Quality and Risk guidelines
  • Identify and escalate suspicious documents to the appropriate teams for further investigation
  • Collaborate on departmental and cross-functional projects
  • Update and maintain client information as requested
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives
  • Incorporate client feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process
