Understanding of managing project financials and budgets.
Understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle delivery.
Understanding of different types of project execution (Agile/Waterfall).

Manage a number of small projects.
Support Project Management tasks on larger engagements.
Apply Project Management control for Communication (Stakeholder & Team).
Apply Project Management control for Scope & Expectation Management.
Apply Project Management control for Change Control.
Apply Project Management control for Planning & Resource Management.
Apply Project Management control for RAID (Risk, Assumption, Issue and Dependency) management.
Apply Project Management control for Deliverable acceptance and Financial control (Billing).
Perform Internal and Client facing performance reporting (highlight reporting, cost status reporting).
Ensure that all activities are delivered to high quality, on time and within budget and ensure that clients are delighted by their experience when engaging with CPS.
