Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in localization project management, enterprise project coordination, or similar client-facing operational roles.
- Strong knowledge of localization workflows, internationalization processes, and translation technologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make decisions autonomously when required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments with changing priorities and operational ambiguity.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multicultural and distributed teams.
- Availability to work a Wednesday-to-Sunday schedule during the specified operating hours.
- Familiarity with localization platforms, CAT tools, and project management systems is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise localization and translation projects across multiple service lines and languages.
- Coordinate project workflows, timelines, budgets, and quality assurance processes to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Serve as a key point of contact for enterprise clients, providing project-level support and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with linguists, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and operational efficiency.
- Anticipate project risks, identify potential delivery issues, and proactively implement solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Independently oversee project execution during designated coverage periods, ensuring continuity of service and timely decision-making.
- Resolve escalations, unblock workflows, and make autonomous operational decisions when required.
- Monitor project performance metrics and ensure adherence to agreed processes, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational best practices that enhance project delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
