Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in localization project management, enterprise project coordination, or similar client-facing operational roles.
  • Strong knowledge of localization workflows, internationalization processes, and translation technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make decisions autonomously when required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments with changing priorities and operational ambiguity.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multicultural and distributed teams.
  • Availability to work a Wednesday-to-Sunday schedule during the specified operating hours.
  • Familiarity with localization platforms, CAT tools, and project management systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise localization and translation projects across multiple service lines and languages.
  • Coordinate project workflows, timelines, budgets, and quality assurance processes to ensure successful and timely delivery.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for enterprise clients, providing project-level support and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with linguists, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and operational efficiency.
  • Anticipate project risks, identify potential delivery issues, and proactively implement solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Independently oversee project execution during designated coverage periods, ensuring continuity of service and timely decision-making.
  • Resolve escalations, unblock workflows, and make autonomous operational decisions when required.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and ensure adherence to agreed processes, quality standards, and client expectations.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational best practices that enhance project delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
