Requirements
- 2+ years in product management and engineering, including at least 1 year as a professional engineer.
- World-class design and product taste.
- Independently built and scaled a product to at least a few thousand users (e.g. a side project or open-source project).
- Worked in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (ideally another startup) and can drive things forward with relatively little oversight.
Responsibilities
- Drive the evolution of Anara and shape how researchers work with AI.
- Build novel tools that will transform how scientific discoveries are made.
- Perform discovery through user interviews, session replay, data analysis, etc. and present findings to the team.
- Translate cutting-edge AI advances into practical features for researchers.
- Surface trends and insights from customer feedback to the team at large to inform product choices.
- Optimize existing flows to reduce friction, lower churn and increase conversion.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure Anara remains the best way to do scientific research with AI.
