Director, Fraud Intelligence & Investigations

Investigate fraud at scale by reviewing and triaging rejected and flagged identity verifications.
Conduct deep-dive investigations into suspicious individuals, patterns, and networks.
Build and document cases to a standard that holds up under scrutiny.
Identify new and evolving fraud techniques, including synthetic identities, document forgery, deepfakes, and coordinated ring activity.
Track fraud trends and maintain awareness of the broader threat landscape.
Package evidence and coordinate with prosecutors, regulators, and law enforcement.
Serve as the company's liaison to the investigative and legal community.
Translate investigations into structured findings for product and engineering teams to act on.
